Dive into 'Wellness Wonderland: The Pilot Edition,' where we promise a warm and wonderful experience, welcoming all (who identify as) ladies!

Ehm... What to expect???

After a warm welcome we start the night with an Ecstatic Dance. 

And nope, it's not naked (eventhough we are in the mainhall of the Sauna Deco in Amsterdam.)

For those who like to dress up (dressing room available!), be inspired by the Art Deco style!! Take a look at the venue :)

DJ NiJi will be spinning a soothing set influenced by her surroundings.

For those who like to immerse themselves in the ultimate sauna experience, the steam bath and saunas will be open the rest of the night! Promising a journey of detoxification and relaxation.

Please bring your own towels and flipflops or rent those at the entrance.

Whether you wrap up or go free-spirited, we hope you will enjoy all the beautiful sauna's in Spa Deco.

Conclude the evening with a deep meditation by Anne, utilizing her Koshi chimes, drum, and singing bowls, allowing your mind and body to relax. It's the perfect ending to a night dedicated to your wonder-being.

*** About Ecstatic Dance:

We only have 3 guidelines; no shoes, no chit-chatting on the dancefloor, no alcohol & drugs. 

For the rest it's pretty easy; Just let the music make you move. Any-way-you-like. 

There are no good or bad moves, it's a judgement free dance! Yay!

We welcome first-times, and you don't need to prepare anything because we will guide everyone into the dance with a warming up together and then it just moves.
