The Art of Batik with Shuen-Li Spirit
in collaboration with the VNM (Vereniging Nederland Maleisie)
Shuen-Li Spirit is an award-winning Batik artist from Singapore, now based in the Netherlands. She writes for The Batik Guild UK and is known for her poetic approach to Batik as self-expression and inner peace. Using a traditional tjanting passed down from her mother, she blends emotion, tradition, and creativity.
In this calm and caring workshop, you'll create your own round Batik artwork on canvas – and take it home with you. All levels welcome.
